An extra brut cuvée made in a solera started in 1982, made up of 30 vintages of reserve wines, the latest being 2013. The blend is 45% each of Pinots Noir and Meunier, with 10% Chardonnay from the domaine's various terroirs, given added complexity from a year in oak. It's an exciting, unusual style that is vibrant and and vinous, with tart green apple fruit, cashew creaminess and bright citrus acidity.
