Based on the 2015 vintage, this rosé edition is pretty and exuberant, easy to enjoy and a pleasure to drink. It doesn't quite have the depth of the 28ème édition, but its red apple, cinnamon and raspberry jam complexity is still very impressive. The finish layers wisps of smoke with grilled bread and a sweet cranberry finish. A blend of 38 different wines from nine different years, back to 2005, with 10% red wine made from Pinot Noir.
