There’s weight and extraction, but the red apple, raspberry and peach kernel fruit holds some clarity and natural sweetness. A lick of pastry richness, supple vinosity and food-friendly snap of crabapple bitterness on the close. Could do with a little time to smoothen out further. 100% Meunier from Villers-Allerand in the Montagne de Reims.
