Vincent Couche has farmed his 14ha of vines biodynamically since 2008. This blend of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay is named after his wife. It's partially fermented in oak, with no added sulphites, and includes reserve wines kept in a solera since 2011. Evolved tertiary aromas of mushroom and russet apple lead to a layered, complex and lively palate, with herbal, saline and savoury notes, followed by a long finish.
