Creamy nutty aromas. On the palate there’s a lovely creaminess with gentle toasted nuts, some sour fresh white peaches, and vibrant citrus acidity. Powerful white citrus, almost marble-white. Starts off gently with creamy roundness and deceptive softness, but the freshness and delicacy of the chalky acidity gives the creaminess an ethereal delicacy before taking off on its own with a long salty lime power. Crisp, refined, extremely powerful, with long-lasting acidity.
