Dark cherry pink, almost a darker clarete colour. Amazingly complex spices on the nose: incense, garrigue, black pepper and stone fruit. The fruit explodes on the palate with fresh zippy raspberries and vibrant blue mineral fruit. Chalky, mineral, precise but charming, full of herbal garrigue and sunshine, but exceptionally delicate. Precise, driven, electric, with wonderfully balanced acidity.
