Côtes du Jura

Exclusive to Majestic, this complex Chardonnay from the Jura region would be a fantastic match for a roast chicken. It's definitely on the ripe and rounded end of the Chardonnay spectrum, but the cool-climate and limestone soils help ensure there's plenty of freshness and backbone to the wine too. Very ripe peach flavours, a leesiness from the wild yeast fermentation, and a framework of spicy oak from 12 months in barrel. Impressive. Mix six price £20
