Medium gold, the nose is rich and opulent, lush and powerful with aromas of marmalade and stewed fruit without being too cooked. Indeed, there is racy acidity on the attack, which is intense and elegant. There's admirable tension here, and flavours of dried apricot and Seville oranges. Very long and lingering, with an underlying freshness.  34 g/l residual sugar.
