Coppery gold, the nose is packed with fruit, with aromas of caramelised oranges and peach compote, and some heady Barley Sugar notes too. The attack is firm, rich, and powerful. This is super-concentrated, very spicy, with a fine texture and no heaviness despite the power. But it does show some heat from the alcohol. The very long finish is robust, dry, and assertive. 7.3 g/l residual sugar.
