Rosé

Available only in limited quantities, this is the first vintage bottled of this barrel-aged rosé. Pronounced oak aromas lead to a palate where the oak structure still dominates the red fruit and it needs time to integrate a little further. The fruit, weight and long freshness is all in balance, making it powerful enough to be a serious wine for food matching. Structure is gained from Syrah and Grenache bled off wines destined to be red, and the freshness comes from direct press Cinsault. The wine is aged for 18 months in used barrels, including some Acacia.
