This is fresh and harmonious on the palate with a good length nicely balancing rich fruit, cooling minerality, creamy butter and spicy cinnamon expressions. Made with Roussanne, Vermentino and Grenache Blanc. This could be enjoyed with a main meal or dessert – earthy truffle risottos or sweet apple and pear pies.
