A lovely, deep ruby colour in the glass with a complex nose offering aromas of black cherries, blackcurrants and hints of baking spice. The palate is generous, intense and structured with concentrated fruits and touches of toasted coffee beans. Made from a blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% old-vine Carignan. Drink with roast duck, mushroom risotto or moussaka for an enjoyable pairing.
