Made with Syrah, 100-year-old Carignan and old Grenache vines from over 20ha in the heart of the Mediterranean Languedoc landscape. . Notes of violet and red cherries combine with garrigue notes on the nose and join liquorice, blackcurrant and coffee bean on the palate. This is seriously delicious, spicy and deep but fully fruity too. Concentrated but also refined - it's a big wine but with plenty of freshness and structure. Pair with grilled steak now or put it away and leave it for a few more years.
