Cork

Dense, meaty aromas, with savoury notes of herbs and sap. There's smoke, black fruit and herb-encrusted seared meat. It's spicy, long and explosive. Flinty, graphite, power and intensity. The mouthfeel is spherical, filling out and then cleansing the palate with fresh acidity. A very well-made wine that's tactile and structured. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for 10 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in demi-muids and barrels.
