A muscular, rustic GSM blend, with 40% aged in French and American oak barrels for four months. Sweet red cherry and potpourri with cedar and dried petals. More woody grip on the palate, wrapped in sweet dark berries and cream. Plenty of fruit to finish – although it definitely needs food to melt the tight core.
