Deep and brooding, this dark mysterious wine is a dense mass of brambly hedgerow. A thicket of dried herbs, wild blackberries and wild plants. The palate is like black water sliding over a slab of slate, smooth and silky like a black slip dress, full bodied. The tannins are embroidered delicately into the fabric of the wine. Good concentration and depth of fruit. Aged for 14 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs.
