Carignan with Grenache and Syrah, from a vineyard planted in 1950 in Maury. Rounded red-berry fruit on the nose with notes of cherry liqueur, reminiscent of Grenache. Warming fruit on the palate, balanced with nicely integrated tannins and a certain rustic sturdiness from the predominance of Carignan in the blend. A long, fresh finish.
