Subtly tinged orange like onion skin in the glass, it's a little neutral on the nose, with some notes of apple and pear. It fills the mouth with tiny soft bubbles, then finishes with a racy sherbety acidity. The soft fizz makes this really delicate. It's citrusy and piquant, tangy, dry and hyper refreshing. Only minimal sulphur added, just at disgorgement.
