Dark and dense in colour, the wine emerges slowly, with aromas of crushed stones, dark berries and the sensation of cool mountain air. It's 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Carignan, and in this 2024 vintage the palate carries impressive concentration, driven by blueberry fruit, tangy acidity and a light grip, which will soften in time. There is a freshness running throughout that gives the wine both energy and sophistication. Lovely cool blue expression of Pic St-Loup.
