Natural Cork

A wonderful vivid purple colour in the glass, this gives an indication of the density and concentration of flavour. It marries ripe cherries with blackcurrant and blueberry fruits alongside undercurrents of minerality that lifts it to another dimension. This is powerful but restrained enough to be enjoyable and drinkable now, though it will no doubt benefit from further ageing. One to have with roast lamb and all the trimmings.
