Deep and chocolatey, this combines richness with an unmistakable mineral backbone. Notes of cocoa, torrefaction and gentle toast mingle with wild garrigue herbs, while a silky texture keeps the palate flowing. There is plenty of concentration here, but it never feels heavy; freshness and schist-derived minerality bring balance and lift. A characterful Languedoc red, made from old bush vines of Carignan and Grenache. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Would work with grilled lamb.
