The domaine’s only cuvée sourced from vines outside its signature schist soils – instead this parcel of Syrah is on galets roulés. This Vin Méthode Nature Syrah, made without added sulphites, is deeply coloured and slightly reductive on opening, but quickly reveals a core of vibrant dark fruit, crunchy freshness and youthful energy. There’s an almost electric character to the palate, with juicy fruit driving it forward and keeping it drinkable. Serve lightly chilled with charcuterie and cheese.
