Aromas of jasmine, white blossom and orchard fruits mingle with hints of honey and crushed stone. The palate carries impressive weight without feeling heavy. Fermentation and maturation in sandstone jars brings an extra layer of texture. Elegant, composed and complex; a wine to savour by itself, or try with roast chicken or monkfish, or some super fresh goat's cheese.
