Here we have a deep blue fruit profile, it's youthful and lifted with floral high notes. The extraction is clearly well managed, as the fruit is intense but the texture is flexible and supple, the tannins fine and well handled. The grapes are destemmed and the 15 day maceration sees only one daily pump over. Fermented with indigenous yeasts.
