Fresh, bright and beautifully balanced, with notes of crisp apple and ripe pear carried by lively acidity. There is a tension running through the wine, giving shape and focus to the fruit, and a gentle textural richness. Straightforward in some ways, in the sense that it's easy to like and enjoy, but not sacrificing character. Tiny yield in 2024; this is a blend of all their white varieties: Carignan Blanc, Macabeu, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris.
