This organically cultivated, Mourvèdre-based wine is sourced from gravel and basalt soils. The grapes are fermented then aged for 48 months in tank. 

It's leathery and gamey on the nose, with some herb and garrigue notes. The sweet attack is a promising start but the palate then seems to fall a little flat, missing some relief. It finishes warm and chewy.
