Welcoming aromas of mint, blackcurrant and red cherries. A really lively and enticing palate, full of spritz, sour cherries, bright strawberry juice and some oak spice notes. The estate, which is located in the foothills of the Cevennes to the north of the city of Montpellier, has winemaking links back to the 11th century. It was bought in 2017 by British entrepreneurs, Bob and Pat Middleton looking to further develop its potential.
