A rich dark red purple colour, this is juicy and full of ripe fruit with succulent tannins. It's not overly long or complex but has a satisfying texture with enough juiciness to sustain interest and give freshness. It has an interesting menthol, almost spicy, kick at the end which some may love or hate. I like it.
