Tasting again several months after bottling, this has settled into a more savoury version of itself. The youthful fruit is still alive and vibrant, but it's showing more of its dried herbs, crushed rocks and soil characters now. And there's a ton of liquorice too, a little minty, chocolatey, then smooth and velvety.
