A savoury, herbal nose here, aromatic and less immediately fruity than some of the others which is nice - thyme and rosemary. The palate surprises with instantly juicy cherries and strawberries, light and playful, good dose of acidity, with soft tannins that just touch the back and sides of the mouth. A lighter style offering immediately drinkability but one that will probably benefit from a few more years ageing. Organic since 2010. Available for around 25 euros.
