A cooler year. Golden colour suggesting some age and this comes through on the nose with mature butter and butterscotch aromas with hints of quince and orange peel. Then on the palate the fresh, vibrant citrus acidity is just wow! The long fresh acidity holds together the creamy opulent mature fruit (70% malolactic fermentation). A lovely combination of maturity, nuts and chocolate with sea salt flakes and youthfulness with a fine phenolic finish. Intense with surprising freshness - gorgeous!
