Perfumed slightly floral aromas. On the palate the wine is a fine combination of crisp lemon fruit, white and yellow peach, hints of quince, fresh green apples, melon and an almost fresh unripe spritzy piquancy balanced by vanilla-sweet oakiness with toffee apple richness and, even with only 40% going through malolactic fermentation, a buttery, nutty fatness. Weighty and intense with a gorgeous oomph! Silky well-integrated structure with a smooth and supple acidity giving length and charm.
