It reveals a fine oak and battonage structure, backed by the long fine acidity typical of the schist and limestone hills of the region of Cabrieres, It’s powerful enough to match rich gastronomic flavours but this is a rosé to also lay down in the cellar and watch it develop complex flavours with age.
