Forward in its florailty and sweet berry fruit, this is a super tasty rosé that has real thirst quenching appeal. Notes of lavender and wildflower honey suggest southern climes, a touch of strawberry stem gives tension and balance. Extremely easy to pour yourself another glass. The name has changed from Domaine of the Bee to Land of the Bee, as bought-in fruit that had to be used to supplement Justin and Amanda's own vineyards due to miniscule yields, reflecting the increasingly precarious nature of viticulture in the Roussillon.
