Daintily aromatic showing white blossom and heady floral richness balanced with grapefruit, elderflower and something a little herbaceous, like laurel or savory. The palate is weighty, but incredibly moreish, neat in its pretty apple blossom and blanched almond characters. There's a keen citrus freshness and a lovely chalky texture. The name has changed from Domaine of the Bee to Land of the Bee, as bought-in fruit that had to be used to supplement Justin and Amanda's own vineyards due to miniscule yields, reflecting the increasingly precarious nature of viticulture in the Roussillon.
