A berry blast! Up front in its berry character, incredibly juicy, lifted, sweet-fruited and tasty. A real soif-y sip, light in texture and tannin, fluid and flavoursome. It's hard to say what this wouldn't pair well with. Love it. The name has changed from Domaine of the Bee to Land of the Bee, as bought-in fruit that had to be used to supplement Justin and Amanda's own vineyards due to miniscule yields, reflecting the increasingly precarious nature of viticulture in the Roussillon.
