Ripe red berry fruit aromas and a lift of balsamic, too. The fruit is very rich and ripe, tinged by spice and vanilla and some charred herbs, and the palate is light and fluid, with barely there tannins. The alcohol feels a touch high. The name has changed from Domaine of the Bee to Land of the Bee, as bought-in fruit that had to be used to supplement Justin and Amanda's own vineyards due to miniscule yields, reflecting the increasingly precarious nature of viticulture in the Roussillon.
