From the domaine's Project 108, Cabirou is mostly Muscat with some Grenache Gris, macerated on skins for 10 days. Made without added sulphur, it's such an expressive orange wine. Aromas of musk, burnt orange, autumn leaves and citrus peel. It has a little structure and texture, but also delightful ripeness and fruit. Peach skin, grapefruit, fresh orange, rose petals and jasmine; a heady rush of delight.
