A fresh and floral nose, violets and roses offset by ripe blackcurrants. It's juicy and succulent on the palate, mouthwatering and lively, the fruit taking centre stage and dominating the overall flavours. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan with the age of vines between 40 and 60 years. Practising organics since 2007, officially certified in 2019. Available for around 12 euros.
