Leesy white fruits on the nose, followed by more yeasty notes and wheat crackers on the palate, alongside lemon pith, yuzu peel and nutty umami towards the finish. Cleansing, with solid freshness. This Crémant de Limoux is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, aged for 21 months on the lees.
