A hard stony nose, it makes me think of hard rocks, scrubby herbs and zested lemons. The minerality is somehow spicy, it's much more about sensation than taste, a piquant buzz across the tongue. It's not super concentrated, more lean and light footed, with that salty sea spray finish. A blend of 50% Bourboulenc, 25% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier, 10% Macabeu and 5% Roussanne.
