Made by the Sieur d'Arques cooperative, this has pretty blossom and bruised apple aromas, with honey and buttered toast too. Fresh blossoms on the palate, with a squeeze of citrus. A well-priced intro to the traditional Blanquette sparkling from this region, made mostly from the Mauzac grape variety with a dash of Chenin Blanc; and makes for a fabulous aperitif and talking point.
