Apples and pears on the nose, good immediate weight in the mouth, lively bubbles and a delicious crunchy lemon and green apple tang. It's still light and delicate but with a good depth on the mid-palate and length from two years' ageing on the lees. With or without food – a great summer sparkler with a crisp finish leaving you wanting more.
