Open and intense on the nose, filling the nostrils with jasmine, lillies and white blossom. It oozes with juicy peaches dunked into the honeypot. There is a sweet delicacy on the palate, and a slightly oily texture fills the mouth. An ounce of bitterness adds interest on the finish. The acidity isn't as high as initially expected, but it's a nice drop.
