Combining both floral freshness, and ripe honeyed sweetness on the nose, this is quite enticing. There's blossom and honeysuckle but also some freshy juicy pear and apple. There's a creamy vanilla complexity under there somewhere too. In the mouth it's full, both ripe and fresh. It is definitely sweet, but the texture lends another dimension that distracts you from the sweetness. There's not a lot of evidence of botrytis here, so maybe it wasn't affected?
