Very rich and ripe with heaps of black fruit. It's developed tertiary characters too, wild mushrooms, soil and beef stock, and that kick of Cabernet Franc tomato stem, too. The palate is huge, with lots of stem and graphite, and blackberry and briary tones. One for enjoying with cheese plates and charcuterie.
