This expressive Chenin comes from warm, rhyolite soils that give the wine its fruity intensity. It's a fruit bomb of flavour, with delicious nectarine, tangerine and ripe apricot flavour, then salty minerals on the finish. Stylish and long. Matured for a year in large barrels and a further six months in sandstone jars.
