Youthful nose, lightly peachy. The palate is firm, mineral and savoury, with an expanding mid-palate and a lightly tannic texture. Very young now, it is textured, savoury and interesting. Whole bunches from 50-year-old vines are pressed before vinification with natural yeasts in acacia oak and amphorae, it is then matured for a year.
