Rich and concentrated, with ripe aromas of stone fruits and honey. Frosts from 4 April reduced production by 80% and yields were 10hl/ha. As usual for Domaine Belargus, native yeasts were used with vinification and ageing for two years in a variety of sizes of oak with partial malolactic fermentation. Ivan Massonnat has hailed the 2019 vintage as qualitatively the property's best yet. In line with its policy not to release wines until they are ready to drink, this won’t be released until 2026. Bottled in June 2022.
