Eric and Christine Nicolas have long been one of the standout producers in the small appellation of Jasnières, and their son Clément has now joined them at the 15ha domaine. The biodynamic estate was founded in 1995 and is spread across five communes. 

Les Rosiers is a blend from several parcels of youngish vines with an average age of 25 years, picked by hand with successive passes giving a yield of 30hl/ha. The 2017 is very precise, with a touch of honey, attractive weight and concentration and a long, vibrant finish. It's capable of giving a good 15 years of pleasure.
